B. Carlson pioneered air duct cleaning in Albuquerque back in 1976. Our duct cleaning system is the most powerful design in the industry. Our vacuum is truck mounted, which is important- because the vacuum is located outside of the building/home, creating a negative pressure on the home when cleaning (think of your vacuum cleaner and the dust made by the bag when you turn it on).

The vacuum is able to create a suction pressure of over 12,500 cubic feet per minute. This equates to a suction so powerful, its 10X more powerful than what a typical furnace blows out. Further- because our vacuum is so powerful, we don't use chemicals or sealants inside the duct system to seal in what can't be removed. It's what we call "source removal". * Note:
If you have an under-slab duct system constructed of sono-pipe, we recommend having a video inspection of your duct system performed prior to cleaning your air ducts. Sono-pipe ducts that deteriorate, create holes exposed to earth and get wet or moldy, cannot be effectively cleaned, and should be removed and replaced. If the conditions causing the mold growth in the first place are not corrected, mold growth will recur.
